Beautiful from start to end.

High in production value, subtlety and well acted all over can't disguise the fact that this is a story that belongs on the written page and is ill suited for the medium of moving pictures. There is little to no conflict, the characters, though well played, are not interesting and there is no story, no plot, no nothing - except pretty imagery and - by the end - some philosophical musings about the meaning of it all
