The first half of the movie I thought to be well made, but I wasn't blown away by it. The second half changed all that. What a fantastic film. Really touched me.

found the running time a little bugging, but the movie kinda grows in you. the characters and the story. its lovely and beautiful, overall.

Do not let the running time intimidate you. It really is quite a wonderful film, and although I do wonder if the creators ever considered making it a mini-series, the story lines and plots flow well with a great cast of interesting and details characters, woven in with their relationships and tribulations. It's worth it! I was never bored or wishing it was over, which happens to me often even in 1hr and 40 minute movies!
