Terrible? This is a well-shot and very funny modern monster movie with political satire as an undertone. It is definitely a fun movie to watch, but it was different enough from a Hollywood movie to be fresh. I would highly recommend it, as well as Joon-ho Bong's other films.

Excellent movie in my opinion. Very different from any monster movie I've seen in a while. I also agree there was some great cinematography going on. Some real nice looking shots. Joon-ho Bong was good. I look forward to seeing more from him in the future.

I think when people say "Korean actors are overacting" they either don't understand Korean culture or humor or are just trolling. Perhaps the same can be said of Bollywood - in any event, this movie is very entertaining, an excellent monster movie, standard commentary about bureaucracy, pollution and family - all round enjoyable.
