I thought it to be quite moving, and very painful in fact. The thought of the main character as unlikable never even entered my mind... I found his reality and state of mind immensely sad. Reading on IMDb that the actor is a pizza delivery guy in real life, as well as suffering from paranoid schizophrenia, made it all the more poignant.

Written by the late Kiarostami, Panahi delivers a modern tragedy about a poor man struggling with the chasm between wealth and poverty, and it fills me with the urge to watch his other acclaimed films I haven't seen yet. Especially The Circle and The White Balloon

The character of Hussein was brilliantly played, one of the most moving and true portrayals of inner agony I've ever seen. Much of the time he is lost in a state of shock at the cruelty of existence, the comfy shoes dislodged from the innocent deliveryman moments ahead of him. His avoidance of life and disconnection speak to me as loudly as a trumpet.
