I have no idea why so many people hate it. Most of the time I hear the complain that it has too many villains and not enough time to develope them. I don't agree. Maybe three story lines in one film is too much, but they were tied pretty well together and had the same overall theme: revenge and forgiveness. Also, I liked the fact that Sandman killed uncle Ben, however it's also a very frequent complain for no apparent reason. Basically everything what bothered the general audience didn't bother me at all (like the USA flag, wtf? Big fockin' deal). Maybe not being nitpicky is my super power.

P.S. Yes, Venom was poorly done. I agree with that.

The "Army of Darkness" of the Spider-Man series. Even more goofy than the first two, which can work if you're on Sam Raimi's absurd wavelength. Not the first two, but not totally bad.
