I'm afraid I really didn't like this.
Worse, I don't like that 'not liking it' puts me with some seriously uncomfortable allies in the comments on IMDb where all the religious right and climate change deniers and anti enviromentalists give this fim a tough time.
I guess I count as a certified tree hugger and even I found the enviromental message as subtle as a brick in the face.
Even more so, the seriously irritating 'Urban Kidzzz' attitude to females by the cool penguins with their (to my mind) .rather offensive "Hey come on all U preeedii Laydeeeeez, get a load of this" with pelvic thrust..
I don't know .. perhaps I'm far too old for this one.. and I guess if it can get the hip, cool kids to think about mass consumption and it's effects in a different way it's for the good.

Wow, one of the animated films I rated lowest in my entire life..
