The validity of some points may be questioned, also it's quite obvious that Moore has an agenda with this movie, and therefore highlights the points that speaks his message best. Regardless of this however, it's quite obvious (even without watching the movie) that the American healthcare system is flawed in many ways, and for the vast majority, it's clearly inferior to that of other western countries.
