Very underrated one

I have three knocks against this: 1) the CGI is downright primitive; 2) the overuse of oh-so-clever transitions and wipes and other editing effects (wouldn't have been so bad in smaller doses); and 3) Eric Bana really doesn't pull off the role. He isn't torn or conflicted or angst-y, he's flat. It wasn't awful, but it was meh.

I do not understand why people prefer the newer one to this. It's really good.
