DIP-LO-MA-TIC-IM-MU-NI-TY

I really liked this movie when I was a young teenager. I re-watched it recently and got dissapointed. The screenplay was less good than the first one, though Gibson's and Glover's talent almost manages to camouflage its shortcomings. Unfortunatly, since becoming friends in the first movie, there is no tension between any more. This takes away the first movie's main selling point and turns this sequal into a mainstream cop/buddy movie. The first one remains a classic however.

Man, I thought the first one was good but this blows it out of the park! And that advertisement scene was hilarious!
