Didn't take much to entertain people back in 1929.

If it weren't for Laurel and Hardy this would have been a mind numbing 2 hours. I don't know why but as obvious as it was there is still something riotously funny about a fat man slipping on a banana and face planting into a cake.

Mostly a snoozefest.
