Completely cheesy and silly in parts and I don't think I really buy 'Michael York: Action Hero' but the sets are neat, the effects aren't bad, the wire work is amazing and it's all sort of kitschy and fun.

Peter Ustinov is so good in this!

It's 70's sci-fi that never quite gets off the ground, but it still remains somewhat entertaining. It deals with several serious issues but only scratches the surface of them and seems content with just moving on. With a bit of better writing it could have been much better.
