I thought the other two were pretty clever, but this bored me.

The best of the three Russian Winnie the Pooh shorts. Charming and legitimately funny.

I didn't find anything bizarre about it.
The animation style was very pleasing to the eye and Pooh's singing was a bit peculiar - I do the same exact thing myself every now and again - but there is certainly nothing that constitutes it as "bizarre."
